Couples Workshops

A small-group experience for couples who want to improve the way they communicate.

These in-person weekend intensives focus on practical relationship skills that couples can use in everyday life. Rather than simply talking about relationship challenges, couples learn specific communication techniques, practice them together, and reflect on what they notice. The experience follows a Teach → Practice → Reflect approach. Couples have the opportunity to learn a skill, try it in real time with their partner, and receive guidance along the way.

Each Couples Workshops is limited to 7 couples, creating a setting where couples can learn alongside others while still having space to focus on their own relationship.

Ideal for couples who want to:

  • Communicate more effectively

  • Navigate disagreements without getting stuck in the same patterns

  • Better understand each other's needs and perspectives

  • Strengthen teamwork and connection

  • Build practical skills they can continue using long after the weekend
